What’s On My Plate: Pan-Roasted Chicken

Pan-roasted chicken with garlic, cabbage, carrots, and broccoli.

I don’t get any awards for platting my food this time, but trust me, it was quite delicious.

The basics: brown seasoned chicken on all sides in a butter/olive oil combination, add chopped vegetables of choice and brown those, add some sort of liquid to the pan and cover. Don’t forget to turn everything once in a while.

Sometimes one-pan-wonders hit the spot.
