What’s On My Plate, Gone Primal

Getting on the Paleo Diet isn’t scary, limiting, or starving at all. Case in point (and on a poor student’s diet): orange-baked salmon with garlic-roasted rutabaga and steamed broccoli.

I’m eating a higher quality of protein, but that doesn’t mean I’m necessarily spending more money (I found the salmon for $3/lb guaranteed at the Spar!). This meal clocked in at around $4, and there was more in the oven – enough to serve me for lunch, in fact.

Life is good. Vi sees.
