The AG Warm-Up
A Frankenstein from the Crossfit, Crossfit Football, and APK warm-ups. The goal is to get blood flowing to the right places, work on flexibility, and elevate your heart rate. Not wear yourself out before the WOD. Bear in mind I am in no means a Crossfit-certified trainer. The volume of each exercise will increase with fitness levels, and will change to accommodate the WOD requirements.
The Amongst Giants Warm-Up:
- 3 easy sets of:
- Bodyweight squats
- Pullups
- Pushups
- Samson stretches
- Shadow boxing and/or quadrapedal movement
- Dynamic stretching
